Delivery and payment

1. Free delivery

Shipping within Poland is free. For international delivery, please contact us for a shipping cost estimate. 
 

2. Forms of delivery 

The ordered products are delivered to the Customer via the Supplier to the address indicated in the order form. The supplier is the DPD courier. 
 

3. Delivery time 

All our products are made to order. The order processing time is 10-14 business days, depending on the purchase. The delivery time depends on the Supplier and is 1-3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number that you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be available. If you have not received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at store@ladnini.com with your name and order number 
 

4. International shipping 

All orders are shipped from Poland and can be shipped to EU countries. For other destinations, please contact us at store@ladnini.com. We offer international shipping to EU countries. *Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT) which are charged when the shipment reaches the destination country. Molti Group Zuzanna Dzięgielewska, Artur Dzięgielewski Spółka Cywilna is not responsible for these fees, if applicable and for which you as a customer are responsible.
