§2 Personal data
1. The website uses personal data for the following purposes:
- account registration in the Online Store
- placing orders in the Online Store
- presentation of the offer or information
- running a comment system
- keeping a newsletter
- handling inquiries via the form
2. The website performs the functions of obtaining information about users and their behavior in the following way:
- through data entered voluntarily in the forms, which are transferred to the Operator's systems.

With regard to marketing data, the data will not be processed for more than 3 years.

4. Actions may be taken in relation to you consisting in automated decision making, including profiling in order to provide services under the concluded contract and for the Administrator to conduct direct marketing.

The operator does not provide the operator of this service with personal data, but only anonymized information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device. In terms of information about user preferences collected by the Google advertising network, the user can view and edit information resulting from cookies using the Google Ads - preferences tool.
2. The operator uses remarketing techniques that allow for matching advertising messages to the user's behavior on the website. The technological condition for such activities is the enabled cookie support.
3. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc. based in the USA) knows that a given person registered in it uses the Website. In this case, it is based on data for which the operator is the administrator himself. The operator does not provide any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user's end device.
4. The operator uses a solution that examines the behavior of users by creating heat maps and recording behavior on the website. This information is anonymized before it is sent to the service operator so that he does not know which natural person it concerns.
