Refund policy

We have a 14-day returns policy. 
To return a product, it must be in the condition in which it was received and in its original packaging.

WARNING! Returns should be sent to the following address: Zwierzyniecka 25E, 15-312, Białystok, Poland. 
If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how to send the package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.

1. Damage 

Check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty/damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and fix it. 

 

2. Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items 

Some items cannot be returned, such as custom-made products - made-to-order items or personalized items. Please contact us if you have any doubts about a specific item. 
 

3. Exchange 

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the item and, once your return is accepted, purchase a new item separately. 
 

4. 14-day withdrawal from the contract in the European Union 

Within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days without giving any reason or justification. As above, the product must be in the same condition as you received it and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase. 

 

5. Refund 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We'll let you know if your return has been approved. Once your refund is approved, you will receive an automatic refund using your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven't received your payment - please contact us at store@ladnini.com
